Debra Wanner
Taking one-on-one Feldenkrais virtual classes with Debra was a blessing and a unique experience. During our weekly sessions we explored new pathways of motion and balance to relieve my left-side sciatica. Debra's anatomical astuteness and considered communication of the Feldenkrais Method have increased my mind/body awareness and helped me find new ways to walk, sit and get out of bed. Thank you!!

Lucky am I to have found Debra!

I thought I knew a lot about my body and was confident I knew what to do to heal quickly on my own. My sessions with Debra made me realize that there's a lot more to learn about my healing. I absolutely recommend Debra! She's a force! A gentle one.

Debra - you have an educational touch.
- Sarah Stead, Teacher and Dancer
Debra reaches children in the most subtle and sustaining way. She beckons and accompanies them to new, profound experiences, which become internalized and a foundation for profound growth.
- Susanna L. Neumann, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst
I felt great. Walking seemed to take so much less effort.
- Janet Heath, Writer/Editor
My body and mind felt great after your class. I was energized, yet calm; festive in spirit and very integrated structurally. Movement came with ease. My swim afterwards was explosive with power and had natural efficiency without strain. The nervous system is balanced after a Feldenkrais class.
- Toni Smith, MFA Body-Mind Centering Practitioner, Infant Development Movement Educator
Subtle but grand.
- Pat Catterson, Choreographer, Educator and Writer
When I came into class my back hurt and now it feels so good.
